All cancellations and rescheduling within 48 hours of appointment will be charged 50% of the estimated service cost.

All cancellations and rescheduling within 24 hours of appointment and No shows will be charged 100% of the estimated service cost.

If you want to change the service menu on the same day or If you are late more than 15 minutes, we may ask you to reschedule, and it would be considered as same day cancellation. A cancellation fee of 100% of the estimated service cost will apply.
