We have been able to run our business smoothly without a strict cancellation policy for years. Unfortunately we have noticed a few no shows and last minute cancellations recently.
We will have this new policy to protect our time and availability for other clients.
All cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the estimated service cost.
All cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the estimated service cost.
If you want to change the service menu on the same day or If you are late more than 15 minutes, we may ask you to reschedule, and it will be considered as a same day cancellation. A cancellation fee of 100% of the estimated service cost will apply.
